The PVC Foam core has good moisture resistance and overcomes the disadvantages of wood being easily hygroscopic, causing honey-Comb layer inserts to warp, deformation, and decay to strengthen the hardness and help in sound insulation; ABS door is lightweight and convenient during transportation and construction. Less likely to cause severe damage during use. Helps to open and close gently, increasing the life of the door.
As the inside of the doors is filled with honey-comb, the doors have high soundproofing and insulation functions. Also, due to the wrap in PVC sheet, the ABS door has high-quality and water-proof. Various designs are available through the vacuum forming of the ABS resin.
