Manufacturing of uPVC windows is a systematized process. Myriad varieties of chemicals are used to get a suitable grade of finished products. 

These chemicals are procured from across the globe from Fortune 500 companies, ensuring approved grades are maintained. The chemicals are mixed together to form a rich compound via the best metallurgical composition through fully automated weighing and an automated batch plant. 70+ profiles are extruded through German-engineered moulds and require appropriate cleaning and maintenance to ensure the profiles’ precision and high-quality surface finish. 

This process is automated via Scada, a supervisory control using an advanced digital computer that triggers precision manufacturing. 13 European-made extruder machines are used for producing high-quality products. This is supported by an in-house toolroom assuring a superior support system. 

The extrusion lines have a sizing chamber to maintain the dimension of the profiles and then flow downstream to bring them down to room temperature. RO water is used for heat exchange downstream.  

The temperature is maintained at 16 degrees Celcius for heat exchange during the flow of profiles in the cooling chamber.The profiles are then covered with a protective film that helps to avoid scratches during transit and fabrication. 

Once produced, every item will have an unerasable laser-marked batch code for track records of the profile. We also have a premium range of laminated profiles besides regular profiles. We have an in-house lamination set-up where the raw materials are imported from Germany. 

We have 6 different colors, such as Walnut, dark oak, Golden oak, mahogany, grey and black, to provide variety to our end customers. 

Our products’ foils are imported from renowned German-based brands such as Renolit- exterior grade and continental. Imported adhesives from German brands such as Henkel and Kleiberit are extensively used at SIMTA Astrix. 

We use Hot Melt PUR- Poly Urethane technology to laminate the profiles with imported European foils. At SIMTA Astrix, R&D is an everyday affair.  Quality is a high priority and is stringently followed as per EN 12608-1-2016 standards. Our lead-free uPVC profiles are an assurance of a greener future. 

We have an elaborate list of 13 exclusive tests that prove our ability to deliver quality.
