Welcome to SIMTA! A company that has stood the test of time and has emerged as a pioneer in every vertical it has diversified into. We commenced our journey 3 decades ago, in 1991, by supplying machines and tools to the textile industry.
Our partnership with Jacobi helped us capture a lion’s market share and establish a monopoly in this segment.

Our business excellence and success probed us to diversify into another gigantic business segment- uPVC doors and windows.
The birth of SIMTA Astrix heralded the beginning of a new era for us at the SIMTA Group. This vertical became a game changer in the industry for fabricators and gave rise to many entrepreneurs in due course of time.
When we started in 2012, we produced 1000 tonnes per annum- TPA. Owing to the increase in demand, we braced up our production ability at 3600 TPA by 2015. By 2017 we had seen an increase of up to 5400 TPA. With the rise in demand, a new lamination facility was added. The demand for high-quality profiles was steadily increasing, and to cater to the production, we added 4 new extruder lines and increased production to 18,000 TPA. Today we are the second-largest manufacturer of uPVC profiles in the country. We have projected a 2x growth in our manufacturing capability.

Abs. doors
Simta Astrix’s ABS doors are strong & durable. The PVC Foam core has good moisture resistance and overcomes the disadvantages of wood being easily hygroscopic, causing honey-Comb layer inserts to warp, deformation, and decay to strengthen the hardness and help in sound insulation; ABS door is lightweight and convenient during transportation and construction. Less likely to cause severe damage during use. Helps to open and close gently, increasing the life of the door.
As the doors inside are filled with honeycomb, the doors have high soundproofing and insulation functions. Also, due to the wrap in PVC sheet, the ABS door has high-quality and water-proof. They have used Pre-hung Korean technology, and Various designs are available through the vacuum forming of the ABS resin. The foaming PVC and LVL materials, which provide easy finishing and bending-prevention function, can solve any problems on the doors.
