Raw.
materials
Manufacturing of uPVC windows is a systematized process. Myriad varieties of chemicals are used to get a suitable grade of finished products.
These chemicals are procured from across the globe from Fortune 500 companies, ensuring approved grades are maintained.
Our products’ foils are imported from renowned German-based brands such as Renolit– exterior grade and continental.
Our Raw materials are imported from Germany Walnut, dark oak, Golden oak, mahogany, grey and black ,
Adherence to quality requires high-standard raw material; and that is why we source robust, A-grade materials from globally recognised brands. Top international suppliers like Kaneka, DuPont, and LG are some of the few curated collaboration partners supplying the best sourced raw materials for the SIMTA ASTRIX goods since the beginning.
The iconic natural wood finish acquired on the SIMTA ASTRIX products results from the In-house State of Art lamination technology. The global best manufacturer of Grade FX exterior films, Renolit Laminations, is exclusively used to create the four classic shades of SIMTA ASTRIX casements and frames. The glue used in the lamination is specially procured from Kleiberit, Germany.

The profiles are then covered with a protective film that helps to avoid scratches during transit and fabrication. Once produced, every item will have an unerasable laser-marked batch code for track records of the profile.
Extruder. Machines
- 13 European-made extruder machines are used to produce high-quality products
- In-house toolroom assures superior support
- Sizing chamber maintains profile dimensions
- Profiles are cooled to room temperature downstream
- RO water used for heat exchange during cooling
- Temperature maintained at 16°C for heat exchange

Profile. Lamination
Facility
We use hot melt PUR technology for wrapping the profile with foil used for interior applications. White colour windows produced without any foiled wraps can be used for both interior and exterior applications. High-quality and durable lamination skins imported from Europe are used to bring appealing aesthetics to the products. Multiple wooden textured skin foils are available to suit your needs.
R&D.
Center
At SIMTA Astrix, R&D is an everyday affair. Quality is a high priority and is stringently followed as per EN 12608-1-2016 standards. Our lead-free uPVC profiles are an assurance of a greener future.
We have an elaborate list of 13 exclusive tests that prove our ability to deliver quality. Some critical tests are Density tests, Ash Content Test, Charpy Impact Strength, Falling Mass Test, Vicat Softening Point, Color Variation Test, Welding Strength, Heat Ageing Test, Heat Reversion Test etc.
Lab Facility
TESTING LAB EQUIPPED WITH THE FOLLOWING INSTRUMENTS:-
- UTM-for tensile & weld strength testing & compression strength.
- Impact tester – for profile strength.
- Falling mass tester subzero freezer unit: To find the breakage of profile at low temperature.
- Hot air oven: To find the properties of thermal stability and shrinkage.
- Density tester: To Find out the Density of Profile.
- Filler Content test: To find out the filler content which determine the quality of UPVC compound.
- Vicat softension temperature test: To test the thermal property of the profile.
- Hardness tester: To find out the hardness of the profile (rigidity)
- Spectro photo meter: To find the color variation in the profile.
- Gloss meter: To find the surface finish.

Tooling Facility
As a pioneer in quality and eco-friendly uPVC doors and windows, we ensure the best technology is used to reduce the carbon footprint of the planet. Top German machinery company renowned for best quality equipment, Nextool is our supplier-partner and has delivered over 60 extrusion tools that are used in our manufacturing process.
The outcome of using these high-precision engineering tooling is the robust dimensional stability and fine surface finish that showcases in our products.
stock &
dispatch.
Our deliveries are seamless due to our logistics.
The robust technology we have painstakingly built
has escalated our deliverables, and we can deliver laminated profiles within 15 days from the date of order confirmation.
While we focus on quality, our seamless operations in the supply chain management process help us maintain steady productivity despite changes in the market situation.
Our stocking capacity ensures high-quality globally procured raw materials at our warehouses and removes production hindrances making it easy and convenient for the fabricators to function appropriately.

Timeline
We commenced our journey 3 decades ago in 1991 by supplying machines and tools to the textile industry, Our partnership with Jacobi helped us capture a lion’s market share and establish a monopoly in this segment.
Our business excellence and success probed us to diversify into another gigantic business segment- uPVC doors and windows. The birth of SIMTA Astrix heralded the beginning of a new era for us at the SIMTA Group. This vertical became a game changer in the industry for fabricators and gave rise to many entrepreneurs in its due course of time.
Today we are the second-largest manufacturers of uPVC profiles in the country, We have projected a 2x growth in our manufacturing capability.
20
12
1000 TPA
When we started in 2012, we produced 1000 tonnes per annum- TPA.
20
15
3600 TPA
Owing to the increase in demand, we braced up our production ability at 3600 TPA by 2015.
20
17
5400 TPA
By 2017 we had seen an
increase of up to 5400 TPA.
20
22
Upcoming growth
With the increase in demand, a new lamination facility was added. The demand for high-quality profiles was steadily increasing, and to cater to the production, we added 4 new extruder lines and increased production to 18,000 TPA.
