TESTING LAB EQUIPPED WITH THE FOLLOWING INSTRUMENTS:-

Ash Content test

A incinerator that can burn all volatile substances and leaves the residue deposits to understand the composition strength.

Charpy impact test

This is a high strain rate test used to determine the amount of energy a material can absorb

Density Test

The polymer compounds has the tendency to become stiff and glossy properties

Mass drop falling test

Here, the changes happening in the longitudinal direction ( tensile ), is being measures to under- stand the elongation properties.

Heat Aging

The polymer compounds has the tendency to become stiff and glossy properties

Color Variation Test

The specimen placed inside the heat circulating Owen evenly maintained at 100°C

Zero Degree Champers Test

The compound strength and the extrusion quality delivers the minimum difference in the flatness of the surface.

Heat Reversion

The determination of the softening point for materials that have no definite melting Point

Universal Tensile Test

To determine the change in dimensions of a product due to the exposer of high temperature

What is this?

∆E ( Delta E ) Discoloration is one of the warranty clause provided by us

What is discoloration?

Discolouration/photo-oxidation or peeking phenomenon is an adverse effect or disparity in the original colour of the profile due to improper compounding of chemicals. It occurs due to the penetrating of UV rays into the polycarbonate sheets; it happens due to the inefficiency of titanium dioxide to protect the polycarbonate sheets from the UV rays.
